The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme shows the standard of food hygiene found in local food premises. After, food hygiene inspection businesses are awarded a rating out of five.

You can request a re-inspection by using our food hygiene revisit request form online at any time. You need to have taken action to address the issues identified in your last inspection before requesting a revisit.

To complete the form you need:

• evidence such as photographs, invoices, or copies of relevant HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points) documentation which you need to attach to the form to support your request
• to pay online to complete your revisit request. Please have your credit or debit card ready
