Safer Crawley Partnership
The Safer Crawley Partnership is a multi-agency partnership that has a statutory duty to work together to reduce crime and disorder so that people in Crawley are safer and feel safer.
The partnership has representatives from a range of agencies with support from the voluntary, community and business sectors, including:
- Crawley Borough Council
- West Sussex County Council
- Sussex Police
- West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service
- Probation Service
An annual strategic intelligence assessment (SIA) is produced that informs the priorities of the Safer Crawley Partnership. The SIA identifies emerging trends and patterns in crime and disorder, and it explores future threats and opportunities.
The priorities for 2026 to 2027 are:
- priority 1: tackling violence against women and girls
- priority 2: preventing the exploitation of young people
- priority 3: protecting vulnerable individuals
- priority 4: community engagement
