We are consulting with residents on potential plans for two new housing developments planned by Crawley Borough Council to make use of some brownfield land.

The proposed plans for Bristol Close in Pound Hill and Lansbury Road in Broadfield will provide 18 new social rental homes – eight apartments and 10 flats and townhouses respectively.

There is a chance for a closer look at the initial plans and concept designs with drop-in sessions planned for both locations. The details are:

Bristol Close sessions: Wakehams Green Community Centre
Wednesday 7 February, 6pm to 7.30pm
Saturday 24 February, 10am to 12 noon

Lansbury Road sessions: Broadfield Community Centre
Saturday 10 February, 10am to 12 noon
Wednesday 21 February, 6pm to 7.30pm

Public consultation at this stage will last for four weeks, so the council can gauge local feeling before progressing to the planning consent stage.
