Crawley Borough Council is working to improve two play areas in the town and would like to hear what residents have to say.

Newbury Road play area in Pound Hill and Chichester Close play area in Tilgate are next on the council’s programme of improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity to modernise the current facilities and provide much-improved play areas for young residents and visitors to enjoy.

To make sure each play area suits the needs of residents, the council would like to know what you think about your play area and what you would like to see at each site.

Both consultations will run for three weeks, from 28 September until 19 October.

We are making great progress on redeveloping the play areas across the borough and it’s exciting to get two new projects underway. I would encourage all residents to get involved and tell us what you would like to see.

Cllr Chris Mullins

Cabinet member for Wellbeing

Crawley Borough Council
