The Gambling Act 2005 (Licensing Authority Policy Statement) (England & Wales) Regulations 2006
On 14 December 2022 Crawley Borough Council approved its proposed ‘Statement of Licensing Policy (Gambling) 2023-2025’ (the ‘Statement’) for publication under the Gambling Act 2005.
On 19 December 2022 we published the Statement. The policy will take effect on 31 January 2023.
