There are two car parks at Tilgate Park which are ideally located to access Tilgate Park and Tilgate Zoo.

Tilgate Park main car park is at the top of the hill on Tilgate Drive.

The car park:

• has 329 spaces
• is open 24 hours every day, including bank holidays. Charging hours are:
  • 9am to 6pm during summer (British Summer Time (BST))
  • 9am to 4pm during winter (Greenwich Mean Time (GMT))
• has nine disabled bays
• motorcycle bays
• 2.1m height restriction

Motorcycles can park free of charge in a pay and display bay.

Tilgate Fisherman's (Lakeside) car park is located before the golf course on Tilgate Drive.

The car park:

• has 92 spaces
• is open 24 hours every day, including bank holidays. Charging hours are:
  • 11am to 6pm during summer (British Summer Time (BST))
  • 11am to 4pm during winter (Greenwich Mean Time (GMT))
• has nine disabled bays
• 2.1m height restriction

Please note there are no motorcycle bays in the Fisherman’s car park. Motorcycles can park free of charge in a pay and display bay.

Please note, if paying for parking via the payment machine, just enter your car registration plate and pay - you do not need to display your ticket.
