Orchard Street car parks
There is both a multi-storey car park and an adjacent surface car park on Peglar Way.
Payment is on arrival. Failure to pay may result in a penalty charge notice (PCN).
Orchard Street multi-storey car park
The car park provides 24-hour access to safe and secure parking with

- 2 metre height restriction
This car park was awarded the Park Mark from the British Parking Association in 2020. The scheme aims to reduce crime in parking facilities and accreditation is awarded following an assessment from the police. The improvements we’ve put in place have been fully vetted and deemed to be a safe place to park your car.

- a five-minute walk from Crawley Hospital (where parking is limited)
- a 10-minute walk from Crawley Train Station
- a three-minute walk from the Historic High Street making the car park a convenient location to park when visiting the local restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs or the leisure park

Town centre worker permits and resident season tickets
Town centre workers can take advantage of our permits for Orchard Street multi-storey car park. These permits are only available for those who work in Crawley town centre and give up to 24-hour daily parking. Please email parking.services@crawley.gov.uk with evidence of your work address and we will activate your MiPermit account for this type of permit if you qualify.
Resident season tickets are available for those who live in Crawley. Parking is permitted 24 hours a day. Please email parking.services@crawley.gov.uk with evidence of your home address and we will activate your MiPermit account for this type of season ticket if you qualify.
To apply for a permit or season ticket, visit the Crawley Borough Council page on the MiPermit website or log into the MiPermit app. You should then select 'Residential and Town Centre Car Park Permits' and select the specific permit or season ticket you would like. Charges apply 7am to 10pm. This car park is 'pay and display' so unless paying via MiPermit you will need to display your ticket in your windscreen.
