Car parks overview

We own and manage three multi-storey car parks in the town, as well as other surface car parks. We also carry out enforcement on behalf of the owners of the library and hospital car parks. We do not set the prices for these car parks.

Out multi-storey car parks are:

  • Orchard Street multi-storey car park
  • Kingsgate multi-storey car park
  • Town Hall multi-storey car park

Our surface car parks are:

  • Orchard Street surface car park
  • Goffs Park car parks
  • Tilgate Park car parks

Motorcycles can park free of charge in a pay and display bay in any council car park.

All of our car parks have height restriction barriers of either 2.0 metres or 2.1 metres.
