On 4 April 2017, we formally adopted the Tinsley Lane development brief. 

The land at Tinsley Lane has been allocated as a Housing and Open Space Site in the form of a mixed use recreation/residential development. Key requirements for the development to include are set out in the Local Plan Policy H2 allocating the site. The brief provides additional background information and guidance to expand and advise on the planning policies which are particularly relevant for the sustainable development of this site.

The development brief was subject to a period of early engagement consultation, in addition to a formal six week period of public consultation. A consultation statement has been produced to accompany the final development brief. This statement sets out details of the comments received and outlines our response.
