About the Local Plan
Planning affects us all. The homes we live in, the places where we work, the open spaces where we relax and the roads we travel on are all a result of planning decisions that have been made.
Our Local Plan, Crawley 2030, was adopted by Full Council on Wednesday 16 December 2015. It forms the council’s development plan and sets the planning policies under which development management decisions are taken.
Evidence Base
The Local Plan is supported by a number of evidence base documents. These were submitted to the Planning Inspector as part of the Local Plan Examination.
