Six local not-for-profit organisations have been awarded new grants from Crawley Borough Council.

A range of community grants have been awarded for new and existing activity that will benefit Crawley residents and visitors.

These grants include £29,536 to Crawley Community Youth Service, £29,493 for Age UK’s Community Clubs, £28,000 for Crawley Open House outreach support, £6,375 for Crawley Festival, £5,000 for Forget Me Nots – supporting dementia carers and £3,000 for West Sussex Mediation Service.

Twelve other organisations will receive funding awarded for a further year.

The total funding for all 18 grants awarded for 2021/22 is £308,407.

We look forward to putting on a fantastic live event later this year when the Covid-19 measures are eased. Thanks to Crawley Borough Council for your continued support.

We are proud to offer this support to voluntary and community organisations in Crawley. Those funded do an incredible amount of work in the borough to help make a difference in the community.
