You will be passionate about the health and wellbeing of others, and an effective communicator who knows when it is more important to listen than to speak. You are committed to supporting someone through their journey to a healthier, happier lifestyle, knowing how important it is for people to find their own way to achieve their goals. You will have an aptitude and willingness to learn a number of wellbeing initiatives and will work independently, structuring your own day whilst being there to support and work with the team.
