Our vision to create ‘happy customers and healthy homes’ will take work, and we hope that you can be part of shaping what this means and how we will deliver it. The aim of our disabled adaptations policy is wherever possible to adopt a consistent and common approach to the management of disabled adaptations delivered by the council. 

We believe that all residents have the right to live in a safe, secure and peaceful environment. We are committed to promoting understanding, tolerance and respect within our communities, and working together as one council to achieve this aim. Our antisocial behaviour policy sets out the role of our Anti-Social Behaviour team.
