Performance of Crawley Homes
Crawley Borough Council has been inspected by the Regulator of Social Housing against the national consumer standards for all social landlords. The Regulator has published its report and graded us as C2 which is the second highest level. This means that while the Regulator is assured overall that Crawley Homes is meeting the standard, there are some areas where further work is required.
As a social housing landlord we must be transparent about how we are performing as a landlord.
We report our performance to the Tenant and Leaseholders Action Panel (TLAP) at their quarterly meetings. We also report our Tenant Satisfaction Measures performance to the Regulator for Social Housing.
The tables below show our performance in six key areas.
Repairs
Compliance
These are the things we must measure to make sure we are meeting laws and regulation. This includes gas safety checks and electrical checks.
We report all our compliance data in our annual TSM report to the Regulator of Social Housing.
Empty properties (voids)
Homes that became empty and were made ready for new tenants.
Housing management and rents
Complaints
This data includes complaints from tenants and leaseholders, but does not include complaints from other members of the public or relating to garages. This is to reflect the information that would be presented to the Housing Ombudsman.
