Crawley Homes management team

Crawley Homes is part of Crawley Borough Council. We manage the homes the council owns and we are your landlord. Our senior management team has six members: the Head of Crawley Homes and five senior managers, each responsible for their own work areas. The following is an overview of the roles of our management team and what areas they are responsible for.

Head of Crawley Homes

Our Head of Crawley Homes is responsible for providing the whole service, managing the senior managers, responding to stage 2 complaints and ensuring we meet the Regulator for Social Housing’s consumer standards. The Head of Crawley Homes is also a member of the council's Corporate Management team.

Asset Manager

Our Asset Manager is responsible for the long-term management of our assets. This includes planned maintenance, compliance with legislation and regulations, energy efficiency and adaptions.

Older Persons Services Manager

Our Older Persons Services Manager is responsible for our sheltered housing service, older persons support and our Lifeline service.

Operations and Maintenance Manager

Our Operations and Maintenance Manager is responsible for our day-to-day repairs service, getting empty homes ready for letting and our cleaning and clearance service.

Tenancy Services Manager

Our Tenancy Services Manager is responsible for tenancy management, rent collection, tenancy support, management of our hostels, financial inclusion, leasehold services team and managing our anti-social behaviour team.

Policy and Engagement Manager

Our Policy and Engagement Manager works with other teams to engage and consult with tenants about improving and scrutinising our service. They are also responsible for producing policies, communication with tenants and completing mandatory data returns.
