The Victorian bandstand, once in Queens Square, has been refurbished, restored and relocated to the Memorial Gardens.

How to book the bandstand

Visit our community bookings website, Bookings Plus, and create an account using the 'sign up' button on the top right. You will then be able to make bookings online, manage your details and view your booking history. 

If you forget your password, follow the link on the login page to reset it.

 

Make your booking

  1. log in to our community bookings website
  2. select bandstand and click on 'enquire'
  3. select the date and time you would like to book the centre for
  4. fill in the booking enquiry form and submit your enquiry
  5. wait for your booking request to be reviewed by our Facilities team before it is approved. You will then need to make payment for it to be confirmed
  6. once this is completed you will receive an email confirmation and the booking will appear in your account

How to pay

Bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been received. Payments can be made online by debit or credit card through the secure Bookings Plus payment system (Stripe). Bank transfer or cheques are not accepted.

If you are a regular hirer you will be invoiced monthly in advance. We will assume your pattern of use continues unless you let us know.

Changes and cancellations

You can view and manage your bookings online. Cancellation requests will be subject to the applicable booking terms and conditions. Some amendments may need to be processed by our Facilities team.  

If you need help

If you change your email address, please email the Facilities team at facilities@crawley.gov.uk with your old and new email and they will update it for you.
