The amount of Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction you qualify for may be affected if your circumstances change. You must tell us about changes in your circumstance within one calendar month of the date the change happens.
Changes in circumstances must be reported online in the myBenefits portal. Visit myCrawley to log into your account or to register.
Prevent fraud
We may consider prosecution for fraud if you knowingly continue to receive a benefit which you are not entitled to.
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) investigate Housing Benefit Fraud. You can report housing benefit fraud directly to DWP.
