Residents, community groups and event organisers can now book a range of council venues and facilities more easily thanks to Crawley Borough Council's new online booking system.
The new system allows users to search for available dates and times, submit booking enquiries, make payments securely online and manage their bookings in one place.
Facilities available through the system include community centres, sports facilities and the popular bandstand in Memorial Gardens.
Customers can create and manage their own account online, access their booking history and keep track of current and future bookings.
The new service forms part of the council's ongoing work to make services more accessible and convenient for residents.
We are committed to making it as easy as possible for residents, community groups and organisations to access the facilities and venues we provide across the borough. This new online booking system gives customers greater flexibility and convenience, allowing them to check availability, make bookings and manage their account whenever it suits them. Whether you're organising a community event, hiring a sports facility or arranging a performance at the Memorial Gardens’ bandstand, the new system provides a simpler and more streamlined experience.
