Lansbury Road development on hold

Consultation on the development of a site in Lansbury Road took place earlier this year. This consultation provided a number of views and perspectives from residents in Lansbury Road and the surrounding area. 
Following the consultation, Crawley Borough Council has now identified other housing schemes which better fit with the council’s objectives that will help to create more affordable social housing - a priority for the council. Therefore, the proposed development in Lansbury Road is now on hold.

This area remains a potential development site for the future and, should we reconsider the site, all relevant parties will be informed when we have further information and timescales.
