Electronic billing

Is there too much paper clogging up your home? Help us to save time, paper, money and energy by registering for our electronic invoicing and reminder service. This service is available for the following types of invoice:

  • Allotments 
  • Green Bins 
  • Leasehold Services 
  • Licensing (Premises and Taxi) 
  • Lifeline 
  • Sales invoices

We’re sorry, but e-Billing is not currently available for Council Tax or Housing Rent invoices.

What are the benefits?

  • It's faster: you can receive your bill as soon as it is produced 
  • It saves paper, so it's better for the environment 
  • It helps us to reduce printing and postage costs

How to register

Complete the electronic invoicing form to register. 

All you will need is your customer number (which can be found on your invoice), your name and address and a valid email address. 

Alternatively you can email Sales Invoices or telephone 01293 438316.

Once the service has been set up for you, we will send all your future invoices and reminders by email. You will not receive any more paper bills for your chosen service(s) until you ask us, in writing, to cancel this arrangement. We will send any other correspondence to you about your sales invoice charges either by email or in the post.
