You'll complete a core programme of mandatory and role relevant learning, delivered through our CBC‑Learning platform. This covers key areas such as equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging, safeguarding, health and safety, data protection and customer care, so you feel confident and supported in your day to day role.
High quality online learning
You'll have access to a wide range of e-learning modules and resources through our inhouse CBC‑Learning platform, including content from recognised providers such as ACAS (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) and our regional South East training partnerships.
Development for managers
If you are in a management role, you will be supported through our tiered management development offer which focuses on people management, leadership skills and managing change effectively.
Support for digital capability
We're committed to building and maintaining strong digital skills across our workforce. You'll have access to digital skills training appropriate to your role, helping everyone to use our systems and tools confidently and effectively.
Wellbeing and ongoing development
Our learning offer is complemented by a range of wellbeing resources and further development opportunities, which may include apprenticeships and professional development routes where appropriate to the role and subject to available funding.
