About the role
This role will be supporting the Senior Wellbeing Advisor and Programme Manager acting as the initial contact for customers by phone, face to face, email and virtually.
You will be providing administrative support to the Wellbeing Team by taking phone calls, answering emails and updating the website as necessary. You will be signposting clients to find the best service to support their needs. You will be recording all information on the Wellbeing Database and producing reports as requested by the Senior Wellbeing Advisor. You will be responsible for the promotion and attendance at events in the Town with all relevant resources. You will support the team by organising and booking client appointments in the Advisor calendar. You will be the initial point of contact for the Weight Off Workshop course and process referrals as appropriate. You will assist Programme Leads with sourcing and booking venues and preparing resources as required. You will also lead on general office duties ensuring resources and stationery are ordered and updated and ensure the general smooth running of the office and service.
The ideal person for this role is passionate about customer care, a confident individual with a high degree of empathy. You will need to be positive and calm under pressure and have a flexible attitude. An organised person with excellent communication skills. Able to analyse and interpret data with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Knowledge of good nutrition and NHS guidelines is also required.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am-4.30pm (Some evening and weekend work may be required)
Work location may vary due to the requirements of the role.
A full current UK driving licence and use of a vehicle is desirable for this role.
Appropriate training will be given.
Uniform to be worn for specific events.
Satisfactory clearance of a Basic Disclosure and Barring (DBS) check will be a condition of employment.
