Changes to council car parks

We are making some amendments to our car parks - Crawley Borough Council (off-street parking places)
(amendment number 1) order 2022

This includes:

1. To incorporate Kingsgate Car Park into the order. This car park is an existing car park that was previously run by NCP and has been acquired by the council
2. To increase the fees to be paid for parking (as set out in the deposit documents) at the following car parks, Fishermans, Orchard Street Surface, Orchard Street Multi Storey, Tilgate and Exchange Road Multi Storey
3. To amend the charging hours at Fishermans and Tilgate car parks so that charges will be payable between 9am and 6pm throughout the year 
4. To amend the charging hours at the Exchange Road Multi Storey Car Park so that charges are payable between 7am and 12 midnight 
5. To introduce weekend and evening rates at the Exchange Road Multi Storey Car Park and Orchard Street Multi Storey Car Park
6. To make administrative changes to the order including additional methods and means of payment available at all car parks, namely Fishermans, Hospital Car Park, Kingsgate, Orchard Street Surface, Orchard Street Multi Storey, Tilgate and Exchange Road Multi Storey
