Council-owned neighbourhood parades survey

The way we currently run the neighbourhood parades dates back to 2004 when a Scrutiny Commission Report concluded that we should adopt a more commercial approach.

This approach is now being re-considered by a Scrutiny Panel and therefore we are seeking views from the public, as well as neighbourhood parade business owners and tenants on usage of neighbourhood parades to help shape future policy.
