WAI Accessibility Guidelines
The Web Accessibility Initiative aims to improve the potential of the web around the world for people with disabilities. Most of the pages on this website meet level ‘AA’ of the current WAI guidelines , and we are working to bring all of the site up to this standard.
Each of the main areas of the web site have an access key assigned to them. This means that in most browsers you can use the keyboard to jump to a page from anywhere else in the site.

Access Key details
Access keys work slightly differently on Macs and PCs and in different browsers.
On Windows and Linux: hold down the ALT key and press the access key number.
On Macs: hold down the CTR and OPT keys and press the access key.
On Windows and Linux: hold down the ALT and SHIFT keys and the access key.
On Macs: hold down the CTR key and press the access key.
On Windows and Macs: hold down the SHIFT and ESC keys and then press the access key.
On Windows: hold down the ALT key and the access key. For IE7 or older, you must also click the ENTER key.
On Windows: hold down the ALT key and the access key.
On Macs: hold down the CTR key and the access key. (for Safari 3 and older, CTR and OPT keys)
