Our Crawley Homes division are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to coordinate, develop and supervise our repair and void process.
Responsibilities will include:
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate their ability to work with staff across various teams, ensuring the void process is efficient and ensuring a good customer experience. You will have an extensive knowledge of the termination and letting of properties along with some technical knowledge to ensure repairs are identified and completed to a good standard.
The role will be based at Crawley Town Hall but travel between sites will be required therefore a full UK driving license is essential.
