The ICT function is looking to recruit
a part time Admin Support Officer to provide support in a fast moving and busy environment to a department of around 25 people. This role is being recruited as part time for 20 hours per week, but there is flexibility on this for the right person.
As Admin Support Officer, you will provide a full administrative support service to the ICT department including;
The successful applicant will be organised and efficient with good communication skills, a good working knowledge of all Microsoft office programmes and excellent keyboard skills. You will have proven experience of working in an administrative environment and a positive attitude towards customer service issues.
This is a part time post of 20 hours per week. We can be flexible with regard to the successful applicants working pattern. However you should have the ability to be flexible in return as on occasions there may be a requirement for you to provide team cover
