These are the supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to a member for consumption on the premises, or the sale by retail of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to a guest of a member for consumption on the premises, and the provision of regulated entertainment by or on behalf of a club for its members and guests.

Please also ensure that you include a plan of the premises, the appropriate fee and the existing licence (if necessary), copy of the club rules, a copy of the application and plan must also be submitted to the responsible authorities, more information can be found in the guidance notes.

Any person can make a relevant representation for or against a licence. The representation must not be repetitious (within 12 months), frivolous or vexatious and must also be relevant to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives. Licensing Objectives:
Any representation submitted must be within the appropriate time period, the closing date for each application can be found on public notices.
