Crawley provides more commercial floorspace than any other town in West Sussex and the Gatwick Diamond area. The town is an excellent and connected business location, which offers a broad choice of business premises. It has everything from small start up units; major headquarters; industrial units; office accommodation from large to small and prime retail space.
Crawley is home to the business district Manor Royal , one of the biggest business parks in the South East region.
There are several key business areas in Crawley. In the northern part of the borough, Gatwick Airport offers an extensive property portfolio and in close proximity to the airport are Gatwick Gate, Lowfield Heath and City Place.
Manor Royal is the town’s major business district. It covers an area of 240 hectares and has numerous impressive business occupiers. The business park has a range options for industrial premises, office accommodation and business units. It offers great development prospects and a masterplan with a vision for the future. County Oak is positioned on the borders of Manor Royal and provides a mix of retail and business park units.
Denvale Trade Park, Spindle Way and West Green parade are located close to the Town Centre, which has prime retail and office space. Stephenson Way is the key business area in Three Bridges and Maidenbower Business Park is located just next to the M23 J10a exit.
In the south end of the town, set in more leafy surroundings are Broadfield Park and Tilgate Forest Business Centre. Pelham Court Business Centre is located in the centre of the Broadfield neighbourhood.
